Ingredients

  • 1 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. liquid margarine
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 packets artificial sweetener

Method

  • Mix the oats, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon and margarine until crumbly in texture.
  • Place 1/2 of mixture in the bottom of the baking pan.
  • Combine the apples, 1 tablespoon of flour, cinnamon, juice and sweetener.
  • Spread over the oat mixture.
  • Cover with the remainder of the oat mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
