Ingredients

  • 7 oz. cheese tortellini
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil or 2 1/2 tsp. fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 5 to 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • sliced olives
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  • Let cool. Mix all of the above ingredients together (except the tomatoes, olives and Parmesan cheese).
  • Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
  • Mix in cherry tomatoes, olives and cheese just before serving.
