- 7 oz. cheese tortellini
- 1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil or 2 1/2 tsp. fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 5 to 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- sliced olives
- grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Let cool. Mix all of the above ingredients together (except the tomatoes, olives and Parmesan cheese).
- Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
- Mix in cherry tomatoes, olives and cheese just before serving.
