- 7 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 5/8 cup oats
- 2 eggs
- ginger Grated
- 1/2 cup sugar
- flour to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the butter with the oats.
- Add the eggs, ginger, and sugar. Mix well.
- Gradually, add the flour and knead with your hands until the dough feels almost homogeneous, but not too much.
- Spoon small balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes.
