Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg white
- onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Method
- Sift flour and salt together.
- Add remaining ingredients, except onions.
- Beat until smooth and well blended.
- Dip onion rings into batter.
- Fry in deep cooking oil (375°) until golden brown.
