Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 qt. milk
Method
- Combine flour, sugar, corn, salt and butter.
- Mix well.
- Add well beaten eggs and milk.
- Pour into oblong baking dish.
- Bake slowly 20 to 30 minutes in 350° oven or until done.
- Stir well every 5 to 8 minutes.
- This should be custard consistency.
