Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
Method
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add oats, slightly beaten egg, milk and oil.
- Stir just to moisten.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400° about 15 minutes.
- Yields 10 to 12.
