Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup butter or Ghee
  • 2 eggs Lightly Beaten
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons nuts Raisins
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  • Step 1: Take a large bowl, whisk white sugar, brown sugar with butter or ghee. Now add beat eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk till the turns to a smooth cream
  • Step 2: Now combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt in the bowl and stir well. Mix oats in the cream mixture and keep stirring until combined well
