Ingredients
- 8 medium size carrots
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Clean and peel carrots; cook in boiling water until done. Drain and slice.
- Add rest of ingredients; mix and let marinate. The longer they marinate, the better.
