Ingredients

  • 2 lbs peeled medium shrimp
  • 3 cups cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 cup green onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

Method

  • Green onions, peeled cooked shrimp.

  • Clean shrimp and devein if needed.
  • Combine rice, shrimp, cheese, and soup in bowl.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium to high heat, and add green onions; cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
