Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
- 3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in a large saucepan; add semi-sweet chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels melt.
- Spread into a lightly buttered 8-inch square pan or baking dish; sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
- Gently press pecans into fudge.
- Chill until firm.
- Store loosely covered at room temperature.
