Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in a large saucepan; add semi-sweet chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels melt.
  • Spread into a lightly buttered 8-inch square pan or baking dish; sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
  • Gently press pecans into fudge.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Store loosely covered at room temperature.
