Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. broken pecans
- pimiento (to color)
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
- Stir until thick.
- Add cream cheese to hot mixture.
- Add pimiento and mix well, then add pecans.
- Place in bowl; cover well.
- Let stay in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
- Really delicious! Serve in a pretty bowl with assorted crackers.
