Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
Method
- Soften cream cheese and butter; blend together.
- Add 1 cup flour; mix together into large ball.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Shape into 2 dozen (1-inch) balls and place in ungreased 1 3/4-inch muffin pans.
- Press dough against bottom and sides.
