Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. soft margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Cream well the sugar and margarine.
- Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
- Add vanilla and flour and mix well.
- Put dough on greased cookie sheet.
- Score dough into squares with a knife.
- In center of each square, spoon pie filling.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- You can use any kind of pie filling.
- We like cherry for this.
- Refrigerate them after cooled and cut.
