Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
  • milk 15 cl. warm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • warm water 15 cl.
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil

Method

  • In a bowl, mix yeast with milk.
  • Add sugar and water. Mix.
  • Pour flour and salt in a mixing bowl, make a well in the center. Add milk mixture.
  • Knead and add 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil.
  • Knead for 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough. Cover bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap.
  • Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Deflate the dough, and split it in 6 pieces.
  • Form balls, and let stand for 1 hour on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Flatten each piece of dough with the palm of your hand.
  • Brush dough with remaining oil, and sprinkle with a bit of flour.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
