Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
- milk 15 cl. warm
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- warm water 15 cl.
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix yeast with milk.
- Add sugar and water. Mix.
- Pour flour and salt in a mixing bowl, make a well in the center. Add milk mixture.
- Knead and add 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil.
- Knead for 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough. Cover bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Deflate the dough, and split it in 6 pieces.
- Form balls, and let stand for 1 hour on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Flatten each piece of dough with the palm of your hand.
- Brush dough with remaining oil, and sprinkle with a bit of flour.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
