Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 c. maple syrup
- 4 tsp. butter
- 7 oz. evaporated milk
Method
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, maple syrup, milk and the butter.
- In another bowl, mix the egg whites until they make firm peaks and incorporate into first mixture with a spatula.
- You have to gently fold the egg whites to incorporate air in the mixture. Put the preparation in pie crust and cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
