Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 6 c. flour

Method

  • Combine yeast and warm water and stir until yeast is dissolved.
  • Add salt and sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Add rest of ingredients at once.
  • Mix well (use hands if necessary). Let rise until doubled.
  • Punch down and form into any type roll desired.
  • Place in greased pans.
  • Let rise until doubled.
  • Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
