Ingredients
- 1/4 cantaloupe, thinly sliced, peeled and halved crosswise
- 1/3 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 c. low-fat pineapple yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
Method
- Arrange melon pieces and blueberries on two lettuce-lined plates.
- Drizzle yogurt over fruit.
- Sprinkle with orange peel. Makes 2 servings.
