Ingredients
- 2 cup shredded coconut(fresh)
- 4 each green chillies
- 1 half inch ginger(peeled)
- 1 bunch green coriander(washed well)
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 1 salt to tastd
- 1 water as required
Method
- add all the ingredients with 2 tablespoon of water into a grinder & grind until a thick paste is formed.
- remove the chutney 2 a bowl & add water to get the desired consistency .
