Ingredients
- stew beef
- carrots, cut into chunks
- potatoes, cut into chunks
- rings of onion
- 1 large V-8 juice
- 4 Tbsp. tapioca pudding
Method
- Layer meat, carrots, potatoes and onions in a large oven-safe dish with lid (or you may use crock-pot).
- Pour V-8 juice over meat and vegetables; sprinkle with tapioca pudding.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in a 325° oven for 4 hours.
- Do not remove lid or open oven door.
