Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. stew meat
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 c. carrots
- 1 c. celery
- 2 c. V-8 juice
Method
- Layer in roaster in order; cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours. Don't peek during cooking time.
