Ingredients
- 1/2 boiled Kumara, cooled down
- 1 Smallish frozen nana
- 2 dates
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- Optional : greens, Ginger, coconut oil or dried coconut
- Soy or almond milk
- Some water from the boiled Kumara
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
