Ingredients
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
Method
- Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and honey together.
- Pour over cabbage, onion and pepper.
- Refrigerate.
- Do not stir until ready to serve.
- This salad will keep for a week.
