Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground round beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 (16 oz.) bag mixed vegetables
- 1/2 (8 oz.) bag frozen carrots
- 1 can tomatoes
- flour, salt and pepper
- noodles, cooked
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Add onion; drain grease.
- Add water (about 6 cups) and bouillon; boil.
- Add vegetables, tomatoes and anything else you would like.
- Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Simmer for 1/2 hour.
- During this time, mix 3 tablespoons flour with 1/2 cup water; pour slowly into soup to thicken.
- Add noodles.
- Makes 7 servings.
