Ingredients
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 2/3 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. honey or juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Method
- Mix together
- first
- ingredients.
- Add hot water and honey. Beat
- 200 strokes.
- Add remaining flour.
- Mix together and let rise 30 to 60 minutes.
