Ingredients

  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in eggs, corn, creamed corn and cheese.
  • Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and baking powder in small bowl.
  • Add to liquid mixture; stir until well blended.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min.
  • or until golden brown.
