Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. gelatin dessert
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • graham crackers
  • oleo
  • sugar

Method

  • Soak gelatin in cold water.
  • Let stand.
  • Cook 1/2 cup sugar, milk and egg yolks together.
  • Cook a few minutes.
  • Then mix in gelatin and vanilla.
  • Set in a cool place until thickened.
  • Add egg whites and whipped cream.
  • Mix well and let cool.
  • Crush graham crackers.
  • Mix with oleo and sugar.
  • Put on top and bottom.
