- 1 pkg. gelatin dessert
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1 c. whipped cream
- graham crackers
- oleo
- sugar
Method
- Soak gelatin in cold water.
- Let stand.
- Cook 1/2 cup sugar, milk and egg yolks together.
- Cook a few minutes.
- Then mix in gelatin and vanilla.
- Set in a cool place until thickened.
- Add egg whites and whipped cream.
- Mix well and let cool.
- Crush graham crackers.
- Mix with oleo and sugar.
- Put on top and bottom.
