Ingredients
- 5 heaping c. flour
- 1 pt. lukewarm milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
Method
- Blend sugar, shortening and eggs.
- Put yeast into 1/6 cup warm water.
- Add all ingredients with half the flour.
- Mix well and add rest of flour.
- Let rise until double in size, knead and make into biscuits.
- Let rise again until double in size.
- Bake at 350° until done.
