Ingredients
- 1000 ml Soup stock from pork belly cubes
- 2 tbsp Chinese whole chicken stock powder
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 optional Boiling water
Method
- Cool down the soup stock.
- Skim off the white fat that's floated to the top.
- (If you prefer richer flavours, you can try leaving it in.)
- Add all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and it's done.
- (Skim off the scum.)
- [To finish] Add boiling water to adjust the taste to your liking.
