  • 1 whole Small Yellow Onion
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 packages (about 12 Oz. Size) Small Round Won Ton Wrappers
  • 1 whole Egg White

Method

  • To your food processor, add chard or spinach, garlic and onion.
  • Process till finely chopped, then add ground turkey, ground beef, salt, pepper, whole egg and parmesan cheese; pulse till combined well.
  • Put the egg white in a small bowl.
  • I lay out 8 wrappers at a time and put a heaping teaspoon of meat mixture on 4 of the wrappers.
  • Using a brush, brush the other wonton wrapper with the egg white then turn that on top of the won ton with the meat mixture.
  • Press down a tad on the meat, then using fingers, press the entire outside edge of the wonton together well so that it sticks.
  • Using wax paper to seperate layers, put in a Ziploc bag according to the size of package you prefer.
  • Freeze up to 6 months.
  • When ready to eat, bring a pot of water to boil.
  • Add ravioli and boil for 8 minutes.
  • Serve topped with your favorite sauce, or make your own wonton soup with chicken stock and green onions.
  • Enjoy!
