Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chocolate chips (butterscotch or lemon)
Method
- Beat egg whites slightly.
- Add sugar and beat into stiff peaks. Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Place aluminum foil on 2 cookie sheets and drop cookies by teaspoons on foil.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- When cookies are placed in oven, turn oven off.
- Leave overnight or at least 6 hours.
