Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- baked pie crust
Method
- Slowly blend together all ingredients, except pie crust.
- Pour into a baked and cooled crust.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream or "Cool Whip" just before serving.
