Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Shake in large plastic bag.
- Dip legs and thigh pieces into 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup melted margarine.
- Allow to stand 1 hour on baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, turn over for additional 15 minutes.
- May be baked with or without skin, but with skin is tastier.
