Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
Method
- Drain pineapple well, pressing out juice (1 1/2 cups) in saucepan.
- Sprinkle gelatin over reserved juice.
- Let stand 1 minute.
- Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- Stir in honey, pineapple and other ingredients.
- Turn into 8 or 9-inch baking pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into bars.
