Ingredients
- 4 lb. small red potatoes
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 large celery stalks, thinly sliced
Method
- Cook potatoes until fork-tender; drain.
- Cut in bite size pieces; do not peel.
