Ingredients
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 oz. pared, cubed potatoes (reserve liquid)
- 1/4 c. clam liquid
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. skim milk
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onion in margarine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except milk and clams.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Add clams and milk, then heat thoroughly.
- Serve.
