Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Combine flour and salt in bowl.
- Cut in shortening until crumbly.
- Stir egg mixed with vinegar and 5 tablespoons cold water into flour mixture.
- Divide into 4 portions.
- Store, tightly wrapped, in refrigerator.
