Ingredients
- 3 c. flour, sifted
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. ice water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Cut shortening into mixture of flour, salt, egg and vinegar and add water a little at a time.
- Bake, with filling, at 425° for 30 minutes.
