Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Sift together flour and salt.
- Add Crisco.
- Mix with a fork until crumbly.
- Add egg, water and vinegar.
- Mix well.
- Form into 3 balls and chill 20 minutes.
- Makes 3 pie crusts.
- Will keep in refrigerator overnight, or freezes well.
