Ingredients
- 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. creamy or chunky-style peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
- Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake pie for 30 to 35 minutes longer.
- (Filling should appear slightly less set in center than around edge.)
