Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. melted Crisco
- flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in the water.
- Add salt, sugar and Crisco with enough flour to handle the dough like biscuits.
- Let dough rise in container until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Roll and cut out and dip rolls in melted shortening or margarine and fold. Let rise again.
- Bake at 450° until done.
