Ingredients
- 20 pickling dill pickles
- dill
- cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise
- or
- when
- bigger slice them round. Put 2 pieces dill in
- quart jar, one on top and one on bottom. Do the same with
- the
- garlic, 2 pieces per jar.
- Mix water, vinegar and salt and
- bring to a boil.
- Pour hot liquid over pickles
- and if
- not
- enough
- liquid,
- make
- some
- more. Process in hot water bath until
- it comes to a good boil.
- Set aside and leave in 1/2 hour.
