Ingredients
- 1/3 c. shelled hazelnuts (filberts)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- whites of 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. rum extract
- 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 (12 oz. each) pkg. frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 pt. fresh raspberries
- mint leaves (optional)
