Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 c. canned white albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. lightly toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well to evenly distribute and coat well with mayonnaise.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- If salad is dry, add a bit more mayonnaise.
