- 1/4 cup Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Ground cumin
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Dried parsley
- 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 tsp Mexican ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
Method
- Use 3 hearty tablespoons for each pound of meat.
- Add the seasoning 30 minutes before serving to retain as much of the trace minerals and nutrients before the steam carries it away.
