Ingredients
- 2 c. raw cranberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Wash and pick over cranberries.
- Place on bottom of greased 10-inch pie pan (square or oblong pan may be used).
- Sprinkel with 1/2 cup sugar and walnuts.
- Mix together 1 cup sugar and melted margarine, then add flour, almond extract and beaten eggs. Mix well.
- Pour batter over cranberries.
- Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream.
