Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Method

  • Blend 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 5 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa and 1 beaten egg in double boiler until smooth. Mix 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 1 cup grated coconut with previous ingredients and press into buttered square pan.
  • Cool in refrigerator about 15 minutes.
