Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce or 4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • meat mixture
  • 5 c. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Sprinkle over each pizza some pepper juice and the canned cayenne peppers.
  • Top each pizza with 6 canned cayenne peppers. Cut into slices.
  • Cook in a microwave for 2 to 3 minutes per slice or entire pizza in a 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
