Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 14 pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
Method
- Spread 1 teaspoon of refried beans on each tortilla chip.
- Top with 1 teaspoon of cheese and one olive slice.
- Place 8 in circle on paper plate.
- Heat on full power for 30 to 60 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
- Repeat with remaining chips.
