Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Gradually add sugar and baking powder to beaten egg whites; mix with remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 325°.
- Cool 30 minutes or longer; cover with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
