Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can beef or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. water or white wine
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. leaf thyme or basil, crumbled
Method
- Add enough water to broth to make 2 cups.
- Gradually stir into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth.
